THE PRODUCTS OF KIAORA FARMS ARE 100% GOAT MILK, NO ADDITIVES

YOGURT  A European type yogurt that is more liquid and has no solids. It is produced from our own 100% Typa A Grade goat milk and imported cultures. We predent it a a nutrituve drink for young and old with all the special nutritive qualties of goats milk, without aditives or preservatives. Our yogurt is offerred in Natural, Vanilla, and Strawberry.

CHEVRE FRAIS (Fresh Goat Cheese). This is a soft fresh cheese with a light hint of of its goat milk base. Good for serving on crackers, crumbling on salads, or used in cooking as proven by our list of satisfied restaurant clients .

CAMEMBERT Our Camembert is an aged cheese in the traditional form of a small wheel, firm edible skin on the outside and slowly ripening from the inside. It is aged under controlled temperature and humidity for 20 days, and then continues maturing from a  light fresh taste  to a more pungent French type cheese as it ages over 4 to 5 weeks. We find that everyone has a preferred time of aging for consumption..

OUCHE
  This is KIAORA FARMS own version of the French aged log betyween a CAMEMBERT and a CHEVRE. It starts off in the same imported French molds as used in the Chevre, but is aged 20 days like the Camembert.  It also has a vegetable ash in the skin which aids the maturing, as well as forming a dark gray ring when the log is cut, making it very attractive for presentation. The Bouche is very popular with cheese aficionados knowledgable in Europes best cheeses..
